Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to understand and use AI properly, from a first question to leading it across an organisation. Curious beginners, working professionals, small-business owners, people building with AI, and managers and directors who have to make decisions about it. The placement works out your level and your goal, and builds the path around both.
What does “checked and dated” actually mean?
Every fact in a lesson that can go out of date (a price, a plan limit, a data-training setting, a product name, a regulatory deadline) is held as a separate fact with its source and the date it was last checked. The Hallmark shows that date. We re-check facts against what the tool makers and regulators themselves publish, with a human reviewing anything that moves. So when a free plan changes or a deadline moves, your lessons already know.
How does the placement work?
About five minutes, closer to ten if you know a lot. You rate yourself in five skill areas, quick scenario questions check whether you're right, and you tell us your goal and the AI tools you use. It routes you; it doesn't grade you. You get a level for each area and a path that skips what you already know. Retake it whenever you like.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. The placement check, your path, all of Module 1 and lesson one of every other module are free, and we don't ask for a card. Pro is everything else.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The Tool Atlas covers 32 AI tools in six groups, from general assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot to research, image and video, workplace, automation and coding tools. Each one is described the same way, and no tool is treated as the best. Tell us which tools you use and the lessons put those first.
Are the certificates recognised?
They're Teach me AI's own certificates, not a regulated qualification, and they're built to be checked. Each one is earned by passing every module test in a level, and has a public page showing who earned it, when, every module it covered and whether the facts it tested still hold. You get a badge sized for LinkedIn, a PDF for your CV, and one tap to add it to your LinkedIn profile. How certification works →
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. From your account page, in two clicks, through Stripe. You keep access until the end of what you've paid for. Founding members who cancel give up their locked price, though.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?
Level I, Foundations, assumes nothing: no maths, no code, and every term explained the first time it appears. It starts with what AI actually is and how it learns. The placement will start you right there, and the path builds one level at a time.
Is this legal advice?
No, it's education. The AI regulation lessons say what each rule is, give the date it applies from and link to the primary source. For a decision with real consequences, take advice from your data protection officer or a qualified lawyer.
