1. Who we are

Teach me AI (“Teach me AI”, “we”) provides online education in artificial intelligence at teachmeai.co.uk. Contact: hello@teachmeai.co.uk.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. One account is for one person; sharing membership access is not permitted.

3. Membership and payment

The free tier is free indefinitely. Pro membership is billed monthly or annually, and founding memberships annually, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. We're not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT on top. Stripe emails a receipt after every payment. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Free trial. Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Cancel before it ends and no payment is taken. One trial per account.

Founding price. Founding memberships are £99 a year, locked for as long as you stay a member. If you cancel, the founding price ends with the membership and can’t be reclaimed later.

Our 30-day guarantee. If you have paid and the membership is not what you wanted, email us within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. This is a commitment we offer voluntarily and it sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Statutory 14-day cancellation rights apply to your first purchase; by starting to use paid content immediately you consent to supply within the cancellation period, and a pro-rata deduction may apply to statutory refunds — but we will not apply one to a request made under the 30-day guarantee.

Team plans. Team memberships, available from February 2027, are billed per seat, yearly in advance, with a minimum of 5 seats. Seats may be reassigned between people; a capability profile belongs to the individual who earned it and remains available to them if they leave the team.

4. The content

Course content, including lessons, quizzes and fact sheets, is our intellectual property and licensed to you for personal learning only — not for reproduction, resale or use in your own training products. Product names and trademarks of AI tools belong to their owners; Teach me AI is independent and not endorsed by or affiliated with any of the companies whose tools it covers.

5. What our content is (and isn’t)

We work hard to keep content accurate and current — it’s the point of the product — but AI tools and the rules around them change constantly and we cannot guarantee any specific result from applying what you learn. Content is educational information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific circumstances.

Answers in Ask and feedback in the Lab are generated by AI. They can be wrong; treat them as a guide to check, not as advice.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, no sharing paid content, no attempting to breach security, no abusive conduct. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
