Basics

organization

An organization (or workspace) is the shared account that groups together the people, projects, billing, and security settings for a team using an AI tool. Admins can manage who belongs to it, set policies such as which features are switched on, and see usage or spend across everyone in it, rather than each person having a separate personal account. This matters for anyone buying or managing AI tools for a team, since settings and controls are usually applied at this level rather than per user.
