Each template has fixed parts (the role, the rules, the format) and gaps in

template exists.
**Before your team relies on any of these:** run it on two or three past cases
where you know what good looks like, adjust the wording where your tool drifts,
and note the date. Re-test after a major model update.

Microsoft Copilot, its saved prompts; in Gemini, a Gem; in Claude, a Project.
