Project and delivery management with AI

Scope, plan, run and report projects with AI, and deliver AI projects that work.

AI across the project lifecycle: briefs, estimates and plans; risks, decisions and the register; status, meetings and stakeholders; agile delivery; and the particular job of delivering an AI project. Built around Jira, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp, Microsoft Planner and the assistants you already have.

Who it’s for: Project, programme and delivery managers, PMO staff, scrum masters and anyone who runs work for a living.

The credential

Finish all 6 modules and pass each one’s test, and you’re issued Specialist · Project and delivery management with AI: a page with its own code that anyone can check, a badge, and a PDF. It states which modules you were assessed on and when. It sits alongside your level certificates and doesn’t change them, and it stays yours if you cancel.

Fair questions

How is it billed?

As an extra item on your Pro membership: £10 a month on a monthly plan, or £100 a year on an annual or founding plan, on the same bill and the same date as your membership. You need Pro first; the specialism cannot be bought on its own.

I'm an annual or founding member. What do I pay?

£100 a year, charged when you add it and then with your renewal. Stripe bills everything on a subscription on the same cycle, so an annual membership takes the annual add-on.

Does the free trial cover it?

The 7-day trial is on Pro. A specialism added during the trial is charged when the trial ends, with your first membership payment. Lesson one of every module is free to read before you decide.

Can I cancel just the specialism?

Yes, from your account page, and your Pro membership carries on as it was. Cancelling Pro ends every specialism with it. Either way the credential you earned keeps its page.

Does it count towards a level certificate?

No. Project and delivery management with AI is chosen, not placed: it never joins your path and never counts towards a level. It has its own credential instead.
