changelog page

A changelog page is a running list, usually in a product's documentation site, of updates, new features, fixes and other changes released over time, typically ordered by date or version number. For people using AI tools, it's the place to check what has changed in a model or product before relying on behaviour that might have shifted, since AI tools are updated frequently and often without much separate announcement.
