Basics

connectors

Connectors are pre-built links that let an AI tool or assistant read data from, or take actions in, other apps and services, such as Google Drive, a CRM, or Discord, without you building the integration yourself. They matter because an AI assistant is only as useful as the information and tools it can reach, so connectors determine what it can actually do beyond chatting.
